Allow Batch Ref Truncation
This setting can be used to allow truncation of the Batch Reference should it be greater than 30 characters.

The default = 'False'.
If set to False and Batch Reference is found to be greater than 30 characters the user will be notified in the User Interface, or by a Return Code via CMD and will not be able to run the sort until rectified.
If set to True and Batch Reference is found to be greater than 30 characters the user will be notified in both the User Interface and CMD, the Batch Reference will then be truncated at 30 characters.
