Updates

 
There are three Methods:-
 
1. Automatic - Checks for updates on startup. If an update is found it is downloaded and applied on next restart.
2. Notify - Checks for updates on startup. If an update is found the user is prompted allowing them to choose to download and apply the update.
3. Manual - Automatic check for updates is disabled. Updates can be checked and applied manually via Help > Check for updates.

Update Status Area

This area displays the current status.

Updates are applied on a restart of GeMMA, therefore it is not necessary to restart GeMMA until you have finished processing your Mailing Cells. By right clicking on the status you can install the update now or view the changes.
