There are various Filtering options, all the options described below are relevant to all tabs.
Sorting
Each column can be sorted into ascending or descending order by clicking on the column headers, an indicator is displayed showing the sort method:-
Simple Filtering
Each column can be filtered to display only rows that contain specific text:-
Simple Content Filtering
Simple Content Filtering is accessed by clicking on the filter icon that appears when the mouse cursor hovers over a column heading:-
When clicked a drop down list will appear displaying a set of filtering options based on the content of the column:-
Select an option to filter on that option:-
Custom Filtering
Custom Filtering is accessed by clicking on the filter icon that appears when the mouse cursor hoovers over a column heading as described in the
Simple Content Filtering
section above and clicking on the Custom option:-
When clicked a Custom Filter Expression window is displayed allowing the user to enter conditional expressions:-
Click apply to apply the custom filter:-
Clear Filters
All applied filters can can cleared by using the Clear Filters button
